Gemmie Jones
Principal and Founder

Gemmie Jones has twenty years of executive leadership experience in the profit, public, and nonprofit sectors. She has served as a national conference chair, been a frequent keynote speaker and workshop leader, and author. She has served in leadership roles for premier nonprofits and regional collaboratives, including chairing the board of a membership group of one hundred organizations is San Francisco.

Heading up the management team, serving on the board of directors, coaching or consulting, Gemmie has a track record for initiating positive, sustainable change. With a reputation for being inclusive and responsive, she has the ability to perform assessments, help shape the appropriate direction, build concensus and commitment, raise the necessary financial support, manage the process, and evaluate the results.

Trained as a lawyer, her analytical and communication skills contribute to her success as an advocate, and in policy development. She completed Co-Active and Advanced Course Curriculum at The Coaches Professional Training Institute. Gemmie has been applying her skills and professional experience for the past eight years as a coach, consultant, and interim executive director, supporting the growth and development of individuals and organizations.
